One of the greatest pleasures that we find is that we often get to work with people to find unique applications that will best suit their security needs. Many of us rent our homes and do not want to invest in a long-term security solution that we will not be able to take with us if we leave our current home to build a new one. Sometimes land lords will not allow major changes to the property (such as running wire for camera systems). It is with this in mind that we are happy to provide alternative CCTV solutions that will benefit our customers.

Battery Operated Security Cameras - Most battery operated cameras work off of cloud based systems which may come with a monthly fee to access your video. At JEM Security Solutions we offer an alternative that allows forf you to pay a one time fee, the cost of your installation. We strongly prefer to install battery operated systems that go to their own DVR Reciever which records video for you to replay at any time. No hidden fees, no monthy bill.

Solar Powered Security Cameras - We offer Security Cameras that are completely self sufficient and are powered by the sun. These work on wifi and will enable you to view the camera and review video directly from your wifi signal. These have to be put up with extreme precision however, and because they need sunlight to function properly, they are not suitable for every application.

Wireless Cameras - Wireless cameras in themselves have a misleading name, wireless cameras must be powered be an external power supply, this being said, they are not suitable for all applications.

The above list is only a small percentage of the technology available that we believe will best suit those who are renting their homes and ultimately, our goal is our customer's satisfaction and as stated earlier we love having unique obstacles to overcome for our customers, we encourage you to call us today to find out what system will best suit your needs!
